1- Can I pick up or return the vehicle at a different place other than Faro Airport?
• Yes, you can ask for a different location by e-mail to info@masterkings.net.

2- What is the minimum age to rent a car?
The minimum age its 21 years old. At least one year of driving license, is also required.

3- Can I drive to Spain or other countries in Europe?
• You are allowed to drive to Spain, there is an extra cost of 30€.

4- How and when will I know that my car hire booking is confirmed?
• Within 24 hours after your reservation request, you will receive an e-mail with confirmation of your booking

5- What is our fuel policy?
• You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel when it was collected.
Less fuel amount will be charged on your return.

6- What are the payments methods accepted?
• We accept money (only Euros) and credit cards VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

7- How do I make a change to my booking?
• Send us an e-mail to info@masterkings.net with your booking number and the respective changes, they will be checked and confirmed by us.

8- How you proceed about tolls?
• Tolls: 1.85€ / day. Max 18.50€ (VAT included).
Important note: The value charged is only regarding the rental of the device, effective amount used in tolls will be charged on the credit card.
