Update on August 2026 I’ve used Masterkings service many times over the years and have always found it to be reliable, efficient, and consistently excellent. Once again 10 stars. 2020 -2025 Depois de utilizar o serviço da Master Kings por mais de 6 vezes, posso garantir que sempre me foi prestado o mesmo nível de serviço: eficiente e profissional. Os preços estão bem esclarecidos, assim como as regras de aluguer. Não consigo entender como outros clientes deixam algumas avaliações negativas; talvez não conheçam as regras ou não as cumpram. Great service, thanks Masterkings!!! Always read so many horror stories but this was really easy. The masterkings pickup area is outside of the airport terminal, simply walk up to P4 and you'll find a white portacabin - can't miss it. There's a few other rental agencies there but they're all very friendly & efficient. Paperwork takes some time to go through, but everything was as expected as I'd booked through Zest in the UK so I knew what charges/deposits I expect to be taken. Take a video and photos of the car - different angles and don't forget the roof and internals. They don't detail any damage, they just hand you the keys and tell you where the vehicle is. If there's anything major, then raise it with them there and then. We got a DS4 - I think it's a "posh" Citroen. Decent car, automatic - getting the parking brake off takes some knowledge 😂 which I didn't have when we had to stop on a hill at a traffic light and caused a long queue for what seemed like eternity 🤦‍♂️. The car was pretty decent, boot space for a family of 4 with 3 soft style suitcase bags. Everything was very easy on the pickup side of things. We were hiring from Faro and returning back to a different airport at Lisbon. The people having issues don't seem to understand the additional charges - these were very obvious when booking through Zest, not that that they can't just abuse the car and that they need to have a credit card and a pending transaction against it until you return the car in the condition it was given to you. Happy to recommend & I'd use Zest and Masterkings again!!! 😊

Alles is soepel en volgens afspraak verlopen. De borg van €25 voor de tolwegen waar ik geen gebruik van had gemaakt ontving ik na 6 weken nadat ik hier om had gevraagd.

Highly recommended based on my experience! I noticed a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was completely different. While I did have to wait a little while for my car, it really didn't bother me because the price was so much cheaper than any other car hire company I looked at. I booked through Zest, and the car was supplied by Masterkings. The entire process was clear, transparent, and straightforward from start to finish. I only just flew back from Faro today, so my toll deposit hasn't been refunded yet, but will update my review in a few weeks if I have issues. Based on my personal experience, I would highly recommend them!
