The masterkings pickup area is outside of the airport terminal, simply walk up to P4 and you'll find a white portacabin - can't miss it.&#010;&#010;There's a few other rental agencies there but they're all very friendly &amp; efficient. Paperwork takes some time to go through, but everything was as expected as I'd booked through Zest in the UK so I knew what charges\/deposits I expect to be taken.&#010;&#010;Take a video and photos of the car - different angles and don't forget the roof and internals. They don't detail any damage, they just hand you the keys and tell you where the vehicle is. If there's anything major, then raise it with them there and then.&#010;&#010;We got a DS4 - I think it's a \"posh\" Citroen. Decent car, automatic - getting the parking brake off takes some knowledge \ud83d\ude02 which I didn't have when we had to stop on a hill at a traffic light and caused a long queue for what seemed like eternity \ud83e\udd26\u200d\u2642\ufe0f. The car was pretty decent, boot space for a family of 4 with 3 soft style suitcase bags.&#010;&#010;Everything was very easy on the pickup side of things. While I did have to wait a little while for my car, it really didn't bother me because the price was so much cheaper than any other car hire company I looked at.&#010;&#010;I booked through Zest, and the car was supplied by Masterkings. The entire process was clear, transparent, and straightforward from start to finish. I only just flew back from Faro today, so my toll deposit hasn't been refunded yet, but will update my review in a few weeks if I have issues.
